Manners are a sensitive awareness of others. If you have that awareness, you have good manners, no matter what fork you use.

Why Etiquette?

A person who presents themselves with confidence and poise in everyday life will earn an advantage in many life situations. Etiquette is more than following strict formal rules of conduct. It is an inner fire with an outer glow. Etiquette is a practice learned and earned. When a person with a healthy self-respect interacts with others they convey, “I am comfortable enough with myself, so I can focus fully on you.” Truly, it is the Golden Rule in action.

Relationship Development

Class Act Etiquette was founded to fill an overlooked life skill in the age of technology. According to a 2025 CBS News story titled New Etiquette Trends, the top 5 topic topics are Digital Civility, Diverse Communication, Listening to Learn, Gratitude in Action and Punctuality.
